London Moore is an actress, writer, director, model and poet.  Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago,Illinois.  She knew at an early age that film/television and stage were her passion.


London attended Act one studios in Chicago, Illinois, and The performers Studio workshop in

Tampa, FL, were she studied acting for camera, film; television and stage.  She is known for her role as

Beneatha Younger, (Originally played by Diana Sands) in the 1961 screen play and play, starring

Sidney Poitier and Ruby Dee.  Written By Lorraine Hansberry.

 

Currently residing in Los Angeles, California, when she isn't auditioning for roles, she spends her time studying her craft, working on her upcoming One Woman Show " I Am She".  Writing short scenes, as well as writing and recording new material for her poetry album.
